Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Img2Prompt Pro. TrendRadar is a free product and does not involve any payments.
1. Img2Prompt Pro Subscription
Img2Prompt Pro is a monthly subscription service priced at $4.99 per month. The subscription provides:
- 100 image-to-prompt conversions per day (compared to 10 for the Free tier)
- Priority customer support
- Pro badge displayed in the extension
2. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with Img2Prompt Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund

Please include:
- Your email address associated with the subscription
- The date of your purchase
- Reason for the refund request (optional)
We aim to process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method through Stripe.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Img2Prompt Pro subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
- Stripe Customer Portal — Access the subscription management page through the Img2Prompt extension settings to cancel, update payment methods, or view billing history.
- Email — Contact us at gavindea@outlook.com to request cancellation.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing period.
- After your subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free tier (10 requests/day with Google Sign-In).
- Your prompt history and account data are preserved.
5. Free Products
TrendRadar is a free Chrome extension. No payment is required and no refund policy applies. The extension can be uninstalled at any time through Chrome's extension management page.
