These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by Gavin Schnee Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), including the TrendRadar and Img2Prompt Chrome extensions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

2. Description of Services

TrendRadar

TrendRadar is a Chrome browser extension that detects emerging trends from social media platforms (Reddit, X/Twitter) by analyzing content visible in your browser. It uses AI services (via your own API keys) to analyze captured signals and provide trend insights and content creation advice.

Img2Prompt

Img2Prompt is a Chrome browser extension that converts web images into structured text prompts suitable for AI image generation tools. The service uses Azure OpenAI's GPT-4o model for image analysis.

3. Accounts & API Keys

• TrendRadar requires you to provide your own AI provider API keys. You are solely responsible for managing and securing your API keys, and for any costs incurred through your API usage.
• Img2Prompt offers optional Google Sign-In for enhanced functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

Img2Prompt Pro is a paid subscription service at $4.99 per month, processed through Stripe:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use the service to process illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other restrictions
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell our products
• Use automated systems to abuse the service

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products, including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, and documentation, remain the property of Gavin Schnee Studio. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

Prompts generated by Img2Prompt from your images are yours to use freely. We claim no ownership over the output generated for you.

7. Disclaimers

• Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated trend analysis or prompts.
• We are not responsible for any costs you incur through third-party AI API usage (TrendRadar BYOK model).
• Service availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party API outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gavin Schnee Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our products.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
